Ferrari Challenge 2025: Marco Zanasi back on the top of the podium at Hockenheim

Hockenheim 2025: a weekend  fuelled by high-performance racing, exclusive gatherings, and pure Ferrari passion

For the third round of the 2025 season, the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Europe unfolded at the Hockenheimring. Fifty-six drivers battled it out on one of Europe’s most famous motorsport tracks, serving up a weekend of fierce competition and edge-of-your-seat action.

Once again, Zanasi Group was present both on the track and at the heart of the paddock, with an exceptional hospitality setup: a space designed to welcome customers and partners, offering an engaging immersive experience. All the Group’s companies were there, alongside Carrozzeria Zanasi, from Sim Maranello, Motor Service, and Atelier Zanasi to SCP, TURN, and Peluso Automotive. An opportunity to learn about the history, projects, and identity of a group driven every day by its passion for excellence.

Fantastic comeback from Marco Zanasi, with Race 2 win taking him back up the ranks

After an unlucky Race 1, involving a midway retirement due to contact on the track, Marco Zanasi reacted with strength and clarity. In the second race of the weekend, neck-and-neck action with Hendrik Viol (Praha Racing team) culminated with the Motor Service – Pinetti Motorsport driver securing a significant  victory in the Trofeo Pirelli Am. Following a crucial pass midway through the race, careful pace management allowed Zanasi to keep his opponent at bay through to the final lap.

It’s an outcome that also impacts the standings, as thanks to the points earned and the fastest lap in the race, Zanasi has closed the gap in the overall standings, putting him just five points behind leader Viol.

Next leg: Brno

The next round of the Ferrari Challenge Europe will be taking place in Brno, Czech Republic, from 5 to 8 June. After the German performance, expectations for Marco Zanasi remain high and the Zanasi Group will maintain its presence on the track and in the paddock, confirming its commitment to motorsport.
